In this block interior, acquired for public use and named after the sketch artist Jaume Perich, the greenery spreads and diversifies everywhere: rosewood trees and Washingtonian palms inside and a wall of bamboo decorating the whole of the access area.
It is a light open space where a children's play area has been installed, along with benches and chairs for sitting in the sun or reading the newspaper, two fountains and an unusual piece created by Enric Miralles and Benedetta Tagliabue, known as "Lungo Mare".
This plot used to be occupied by the Colònia Tèxtil Rosal textiles factory.
