This space has paths, placed over undulating garden areas with grass, ivy and trees, that lead you from the entrance to the inside of the block. Here in this central part a large children’s play area is the main feature, organized into different areas with play apparatus, suitable for different age groups and with multicoloured rubber flooring, and a sandpit.
More peaceful areas are planned for sitting and enjoying the surroundings, which help to shield the user from the frenetic activity in the street.
