The new Primary Health Care Centre of the Dreta de l’Eixample has been sited on Carrer Roger de Flor. The facilities have been designed following standards of environmental efficiency, and serves as the way into the block interior of Constança d’Aragó Gardens.

At the back of the block there is a children’s play area surrounded by benches, a fountain and trees that provide shade on sunny days. The perimeter walls are covered by climbing plants.
