This space has been created as a result of a collaboration agreement with the construction company that built a hotel on Carrer del Rosselló.

The block interior is divided up by strips of grass, between which there are areas to relax in and a children's play area covered in soft sand. There have been paved sections added to the grass areas in several places. The area leading to the Passatge de Simó has been surfaced with hard slabs.

This small space has been planted with White Cedars and Redbuds, deciduous trees that produce lilac-pink flowers.
