Gardens of the former Bayer factory
Calàbria, 264 and París, 80

The central part of the gardens is surfaced with various types of pavement to create distinct spaces. One side is set aside for children and includes a play area built over soft rubber flooring. Next there is an area for relaxing in, covered by hard flooring, which includes seating and a large pergola to provide shade. Finally there is an area with a range of vegetation and trees, including Redbuds and Hibiscus. In this central section there is a small building that conceals various services related to the underground car park. There has been an attempt to minimize the impact of this building, surrounding it with vegetation and ensuring it blends in with the surrounding environment as far as possible.

The part of the gardens leading onto Carrer Còrsega has been laid out with various types of vegetation, including Magnolia and Australian Oak.
